Tablets used by Customer Care® Field Teams that visit your home allow them to promptly compile information about the status of your home, and transmit the information and photos about any required service to our trade partners for resolution.  Follow-up trade appointment dates are scheduled on the spot and our trades are instantly informed of your availability, reducing the time it takes to get things done.
