It’s been an incredible year for The Conservatory Group, and we’re excited to see what 2018 has in store for us! Here are some of our favourite projects from this past year, and cheers to many more!
01_Richmond Green — Richmond Hill
Richmond Hill is known for it’s incredible urban amenities and gorgeous natural landscape all steps from home, and Richmond Green is right in the middle of all the action! We were proud to release our lifestyle luxury home community Richmond Green earlier this year, complete with exceptional park-side towns and single homes just across from Richmond Hill Sports Park.
02_Harmony Creek — Oshawa
Families love living in Oshawa because of its amazing natural amenities, like cycling along the waterfront trail, or taking a stroll through the Parkwood Estate gardens. Plus, incredible schools like University of Ontario Institute of Technology are only a short drive from home — a huge bonus for both parents and students! Our selection of incredible towns and singles in Harmony Creek are the picture-perfect place to call home in Oshawa, and has been one of our most exciting projects of the year.

Exceptional value in a breathtaking natural setting, Jasper Village is one of our most accessible and exciting communities of 2017! We focused on giving our customers incredible features like central air, granite kitchen counters, and more available in most of our stunning semis!

07_Water’s Edge at The Cove — Etobicoke
After the huge success of Cove Condominiums, we decided to release Waters Edge at the Cove, which offers offers breathtaking views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto Skyline, easy access to kilometres of walking and cycling trails, resort-inspired building amenities and more. We are thrilled for you to experience waterside living encased by luxury.
